	Not Proficient 1 pts	Partially Proficient 2 pts	Proficient 3 pts	Proficient with Distinction 4 pts
Pacer Test	Not Proficient Student is able to make between 1-11 laps	Partially Proficient Student is able to make between 12-21 laps	Proficient Student is able to make between 22-31 laps	Proficient with Distinction Student is able to make between 32-41 laps
Curl Up Test	Not Proficient Student is able to perform between 1-6	Partially Proficient Student is able to perform between 7-12	Proficient Student is able to perform between 13-17	Proficient with Distinction Student is able to perform 18 or more.
Sit and Reach	Not Proficient Student's reach is less than 7 in	Partially Proficient Student is able to reach 7 - 11 in	Proficient Student is able to reached 12 in	Proficient with Distinction Student is able to reach 13- 19 in
Push Up Test	Not Proficient Student is able to perform between 1-2	Partially Proficient Student is able to perform between 3-4	Proficient Student is able to perform between 5-7.	Proficient with Distinction Student is able to meet or exceed standard of 7.
Trunk Lift	Not Proficient Student is able to lift 5-6in	Partially Proficient Student is able to lift 6.5-8in	Proficient Student is able to lift 8.5-10in	Proficient with Distinction Student is able to lift 10.5-12in
