Santitation & Setup	Needs Improvement Student needed a high level of supervision to complete the initial sanitation and setup. All sectioning lines were crooked and placement was not in proper position with ears or nose.	Proficient Student was able to listen to directions and complete the initial sanitation and setup independently. All the sectioning lines were straight and placement was in proper position with ears or nose.
Tool Use/ Motor Coordination	Needs Improvement Student is unable to use more than one tool at a time. Continually sets tools down. Stuggles to manipulate tools when winding hair. Struggles to manipulate the comb and thermal iron without setting one or both tools down frequently.	Proficient Student was able to use tools easily while manipulating hair.
Problem Solving	Needs Improvement Student doesn't remember to adjust manikin head to so that work can be done easier. Doesn't cleanly part hair during four section activities.	Proficient Student recognizes, initiates and solves problems independently.
