CPT: Option B: World Dance
World Dance Unit
Dance students will create a PowerPoint presentation on a dance form of their choice. The students are to explain the name of the dance, what country it is from, its history, why it is performed, and associated music and costumes. The students will find a basic teaching video on YouTubeand learn a few basic steps/a short sequence (10-15 sec.) which they will videotape and upload to their PowerPoint.
