Requirement Participate and Cooperate!
	Level 1 60 pts	Level 2 80 pts	Level 3 100 pts
Warm up activites Report to your designated area and follow instructions for warm up	Level 1 No participation in warm up activities. Not running during the warm-up run.	Level 2 Participate cooperatively and actively in all warm up activities. All warm-ups not done using correct form. Warm-ups done to fast. Taking walking breaks during the warm-up run.	Level 3 Participate cooperatively and actively in all warm up activities. Warm-ups done correctly and with good pace.
Physical activity usually 25 minutes of individual or group sport, fitness, or game activities	Level 1 Participate actively for LESS than half of the required class time and needs constant reminders to participate.	Level 2 Participate actively for at least half of the required physical activity time. Needs reminders sometimes to participate.	Level 3 Participate actively for entire number of minutes of required physical activity. Never needs to be told to participate.
Equipment management Follow instructor's requests about retreiving, returning and taking care of equipment	Level 1 Refusal to help return any equipment you used that day.	Level 2 Return all equipment used in appropriate manner with teacher reminders.	Level 3 Return all equipment used in appropriate manner without reminder from the teacher.
Sportsmanship Verbal and Non Verbal communication amongst peers and teacher	Level 1 Does not communicate positively with classmates and teacher.	Level 2 Communicates positively with classmates and teacher but needs teacher reminders.	Level 3 Communicates positively with classmates, teacher and needs no reminders.
