Safety/Behavior How well did you follow the Safety Rules?	Trying Ignored safety rules. Put classmates and self in danger. Broke the safety rules on at least 3 different occasions. Did not respect equipment.	Developing Sometimes followed safety rules. Had two or more safety incidents. Did not respect equipment.	Mastered Mostly followed safety rules. Had one safety incident. Respected all equipment.	Advanced Followed safety rules. Did not break any safety rules. Respected all equipment.
Participation/On Task Your participation level	Trying Did not stay on task during stretching. Had to be reminded to participate more than three times, or did not participate at all.
