Tadasana/Urdhva Hastasana Demonstrates proper alignment from feet grounded on the mat all the way to the top of the head with energy, strength and focus. Chaturanga Dandasana or Astangasana Demonstrate the ability to perform Chaturanga with proper form and technique and strength and steadiness along with the following elements :correct alignment, focus and length.
