Solder	Poor Wire had very little solder, pulled apart.	Fair Wire had very little solder or too much solder, very sloppy. Too much or too little heat.	Good Wire had even solder, held together. Clean and neat, proper amount of heat.
Wire Stripping	Poor Wire was damaged severely while stripping.	Fair Wire was slightly damaged while stripping.	Good Wire was stripped properly.
Wire Crimping	Poor Wrong size crimp was selected and crimp was not secure. Can see exposed wire at connector ends.	Fair The right crimp sleeve was used but crimp was not secure. Some exposed wire.	Good The right size crimp sleeve was used and the crimp remained secure. No exposed wire.
Follow Directions	Poor Did not follow directions, wire sizes and connectors.	Fair Directions mostly followed.	Good All of directions followed and completed.
