To help high school staff understand the limitations that some very low LD or CD students have, and help them set up modifications that would serve both the teacher and the student. Some students trying their best will struggle to obtain the poor level and high school staff will be alerted to these students. Some students may achieve beyond the best category because it is something they have a personal interest in.

Writing multiplication equations that describe dot arrangements; using arrays to model multiplication; determining whether one number is a factor or multiple of another; identifying prime, square, even and odd numbers; determining whether one number is a factor or multiple of another; using known multiplication combinations to find equivalent mulitplication combinations (including those related by place value); finding all the factors of a number; and determining the prime factorization of a number.
