Students research careers, colleges, conduct personal interviews, and complete a job shadowing assignment. Students create a resume, cover letter, application, participate in mock job interviews, a post-interview Thank You note,and a personal plan for reaching their career goal. Total Possible Points: 150

BUS 465 HR Management - Interviewing
The student will develop an interviewing instrument consistent with a position within the HR deprtment. The student will create a one paragraph job description and a 5 question interview guide, interview another classmate, take notes on the guide, then write 3 paragraphs commenting as to if they would hire the person and the rationale for their choice.
