This rubic is used for grading individual assignments for this class.

EMR Charting Office Visit

The students will put together a "self-concept bag" and present the "bag" as an oral presentation. The bag will contain information on the outside that the students construct as a collage that symbolizes what is known by others about them or what they want to be known about them. Inside the bag students will symbolize what is not known by others.

Students will create a graphic organizer to demonstrate knowledge of main idea and detail while using an expository text of "The Life and Times of an Ant". The main idea and details will be the focus of the graphic organizer and the supporting details will be evidence. The student will include at least five supporting details. Illustrations will be added to the graphic organizer and must connect to the main idea as well.

The students will put together a display to show during their oral presentation. It will contain information that the students collected regarding the wayfinding in the hospital where they work. The group presentation must be aligned with the display.
