The students will put together a poster to show during their oral presentation. The poster will contain information regarding "qualities of a professional health care worker . The group presentation must be aligned with the poster.

This rubric is to grade students that are working on a group project. Each student will participate actively in this project. Team leader will encourage participation from each member in a nonthreatening, professional manner. Team leaders will be responsible for redirecting the group as needed. Each student who wishes to step up as group leader will have opportunity to do so during this exercise. This exercise will be repeated until passing score of 80 percent is obtained.
