Final Paper BUS350
This rubric is intented for evaluation of your final marketing plan. Your plan should cover in detail the steps of the text and utilize the work you have created and research conducted and compiled throughout this course on your selected organization. Please submit a 15-20 page typed and double spaced marketing strategy plan for your organization which will be graded per this rubric.

BUS 465 HR Management - Benefit Plan Design
The student will develop a benefit plan for thier ficticious organization. The student will create a 1-3 paragraph description of the company and the culture. The student will between 4-8 specific benefits received as part of the compensation package. Four should be standard benefits from a best practices company, and 4 should be "out of the box" benefits from the ideal company the student has created. Each benefit will be evlauted on feasible application and legality/disctiminatory perspective.

BUS 465 HR Management - Interviewing
The student will develop an interviewing instrument consistent with a position within the HR deprtment. The student will create a one paragraph job description and a 5 question interview guide, interview another classmate, take notes on the guide, then write 3 paragraphs commenting as to if they would hire the person and the rationale for their choice.
