For the final assessment of the birds unit, students will draw a bird with detailed beak, body and feet and also draw a nest with the correct number and color of eggs the chosen bird usually lays. They will also create a background habitat. The name of the bird, the name of the habitat , what the nest is made of and the number and color of eggs usually laid is neatly labeled in complete sentences.
