Students are to create their own workout video based upon the different workouts we have completed in class. The video must include a warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. It must also incorporate fitness terminology and identification of muscles. The video must be 5-7 minutes long and must be submitted with your pone through email or on a flash drive to be transferred to my computer.

Students will be divided into groups to create workout videos based on the knowledge they have acquired throughout class or researched workout routines. The video must include a defined fitness related workout routine. It must also incorporate fitness terminology, identification of what muscles are being worked on, and health benefits. The video must be 10 minutes long and students can use the camera on their phones or a camera. Videos must be submitted via email or on a flash drive.
