Objective: Develop knowledge about organ donation, exploring the roles nurses have with donation, and recognise the cultural and religious thoughts about donation. Description: Based on the findings of two nursing articles compare what is learned. Refer to the following rubric for grading guidelines.

Objective: The student will integrate 2 perspectives regarding ethical nursing care. Description: Based on your clinical experience, you are to write a 5 page paper concerning two ethical issues that you have encountered. The paper MUST be written from a NURSING perspective. Describe the issues including the pros and cons of the issue at hand. Refer to the following rubric for grading guidelines.

*A score of 0 in any category will results in a clinical "U" and possibly automatic dismissal from the clinical site. *A total score of 10 or less will result in a clinical "U". *This rubric is to be used as a formative tool and points earned are not reflected in course point totals

Research the nursing problem of your choice using primary and secondary sources. Submit one 5 page typed paper, double spaced, 12 point font following APA guidelines. Include a bibliography citing at least 4 resources used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, and bibliography.

Write a 3-5 page research paper on a chosen topic.

Instructions Do a research paper on the topic of “the image of nursing”, current health care topic, or historical figure in nursing •Go to the library and pick 2-3 articles in either books, journal articles, or web based articles ( Wikipedia is not acceptable). •Write a 3-5 page paper using your research to support the topic •Follow the above table. •Final paper due on April 16th.

A rubric that provides an objective evaluatiion of care plans. Students are expected to at least score 75% or 12 points with no "Unnaceptable" for a passing care plan The Instructor will request a student to revised the care plan if the student scores below the expected points. Students should revised the care plan to be able to complete the missed criteria for the Care Plan.
