Committee Presentations
Your committee is charged with drafting a bill on your given topic. You will need to choose a Committee Chairperson, complete the "Write your own bill" handout, have a presentable copy of your bill for presentation and on the last day, you will have 3 minutes to present your bill and 2 minutes to field questions on it. The entire "House" will then vote on this bill.

PowToon: Bill to Law
Using chapter 7 in your book along with your notes and research, you will create a PowToon cartoon explaining the process of a bill becoming a law. This cartoon needs to be at least 45 seconds in length, include some sound, a title page, your name and class period and lots of creativity. Think outside of the box. Be sure to include every step of the process and the different situations that might arise in the process.
