Student groups (pods) will be asked to learn a sound based vocabulary of 5 nouns, 5 verbs, and student pod member names. The summative evaluation of this project is having a pod "perform" a random sentence sequence of the assigned words.

Research the approved topic. Submit a 150 word typed paper, double spaced, 12 point font following MLA guidelines. Include a bibliography citing at least 3 resources used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, and bibliography.

Students are asked to create a musical instrument and then demonstrate it for the class as part of an oral presentation.

(use quotes from all 5)sources should include a news paper, professional journal, your text and two other books. Quotes can not be more than 5 lines. You are encouraged to interject your personal opinion into this paper.
