3rd Grade Indian research paper and structure project.

Write a color poem using all 5 of your senses. Use descriptive words to explain how the colors remind your senses.

Pretend your book has been made into a movie. Create a POSTER to advertise your "movie"(book). Produce a short commercial to "sell" your book to the class. Your poster should be easy to read from 30 feet away. Be creative. AVOID: Do NOT copy the Book's cover...this will result in a grade of zero. Also avoid, sloppy picture and lettering, colors that do not work together, late work and lack of effort. Your poster will not have white space---unless it is a part of the picture, a uniform, whites of people's eyes etc......

Students will create a Poster advertising the book they are reading. Title, Author, 3 sentences, graphics, spelling, etc.

A rubric that properly evaluates the artistic process of creating and interpreting a mask. It measures the various phases and approaches that are necessary for the creation of a work of art and a relevant skit.

Create a design for (and build) a contraption for retrieving an egg from a chicken coop where the egg is laid by the chicken inside the coop and travels outside the coop for collection. The egg must descend a minimum of 36" from where the chicken drops it, to the final resting place and must not break.
