This rubric will be used to assess the four types of public speaking exercises performed by students.

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your Google Slides project. Each category in the far left column represents a component (part) of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the Google Slides presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your presentation have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

There should be no less than 10 events on the timeline. Students are to include either a picture, photo, video, or audio file for each event that they believe represents the event on their timeline.

This rubric is intended to be the assessment of a culminating project designing and implementing a network.

The assignment is to view a film and integrate terminology used within a literature unit. Provide a summary and analysis of the film. Write a personal response and reflection of the film. Use terminology/vocabulary from the film within the response.

This assessment is used to grade students on their ability to properly perform the various tasks involved in disassembling, assembling, and setting up a PC for use.

Standard 9-10.LC 1.9 Analyze the occasion and the interests of the audience and choose effective verbal and non-verbal techniques; Standard 9-10 LC 1.7 Use props, visual aids, graphs, and electronic media to enhance the appeal and accuracy of presentations. Students will give an informative speech from 5-10 minutes on a life skill of their choice to their peers. They will be assessed on content and delivery.
