Reflect on field experience. Maintain a reflective journal on teaching English learners in a classroom situation. There should be at least 10 entries (one per week/1-2 typed pages per entry). What connections to the readings/class discussion did you observe? How did you assisted? As you type the reflections, include the terminology presented on class readings and/or class lecture. Make sure you provide your own thoughts, critique, and reflections on the experience. Topics to ponder: Feelings on teaching English language learners, self to text connections, differentiated instruction, strategies used, strategies that work, etc.
