Students are required to answer comprehension questions doing/after class readings. Answers must be written in complete sentences.

You will work to learn the culture of your heritage country. In the pamphlet you will include the following information: Economy, Government, Flag, Religion, Natural and Man made sites, each section should have 3-4 important facts

In this speech, you will be required to introduce a classmate, much like a “show and tell” format. Your job is to share interesting facts about your partner.

This rubric will evaluate the participation of a student based on preparedness, behavior, attitude, accountability for actions and social interaction. At the end of each week student will honestly 'grade' themselves based on the points of each criteria. This grade and Ms.McSweeney's daily average will compile the students Class Points grade.

Using an online comic strip generator or drawing by hand, each student will create a comic strip to show understanding of a mathematical concept using the appropriate math vocuabulary in the comic strip dialog.
