Students are to create a 2-week workout based upon the specific sport they taught in class. A class presentation must be included. It must also incorporate fitness terminology "meaning what the athlete will get out of the exercise". The presentation must be 7-10 minutes long. Student's presentation must include at least 5 exercises.

In groups, students will create a fitness routine based on the unit of study that has just been completed. Fitness routine will have a warm-up, stretching, a series of exercises to complete the routine, and a cool down.

Students are to create their own workout video based upon the different workouts we have completed in class. The video must include a warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. It must also incorporate fitness terminology and identification of components of fitness used and parts of the FITT principle used . The video must be 5-7 minutes long and must be submitted on DVD or on a flash drive to be transferred to my computer.
