Create an "All About Me" Board with the requirements below. All items should represent you and your interests. These can include activities, favorites, and something about you.

Students will adopt personal food plans, based on nutritional needs, to improve or maintain their eating practices. 1. Use the My Pyramid Plan as well as the Healthy Eating Plate framework to find personal nutrition goals. 2. Complete a 1 day meal plan to ensure that your plan meets all nutrition requirements. 3. Explain and reflect how your meal plans will help you to achieve your nutrition goals. (Minimum 5 paragraphs) 4. Work in a group to complete differentiated tasks.
