The student will investigate an ecosystem of Connecticut. The project will include definition, climate, location, information on animals and plants, and respond to an environmental essential question. The ESSENTIAL QUESTION: What biotic and abiotic factors affect this ecosystem?

Student will create a food web POSTER consisting of animals and plants found in a specific biome. All elements in the poster need to be identified, including the plant, animal, and habitat; identify the abiotic and biotic factors in the habitat; classify the organism as producer, consumer, or decomposer.
