Grade 6/7 Photo Editing

Students choose a topic, follow the research process and create a multimedia presentation.

Research 2 colleges that you are interested in attending (include one Texas college and 1 out of state colleges). Submit PowerPoint on Favorite college. Do not plagiarize. PowerPoint will be graded on quality of research, effective use of information gained through research, and relevance of included information. Grade will be based on organization, clarity, grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Students research careers, colleges, conduct personal interviews, and complete a job shadowing assignment. Students create a resume, cover letter, application, participate in mock job interviews, a post-interview Thank You note,and a personal plan for reaching their career goal. Total Possible Points: 150

Students will demonstrate their knowledge of the different operations of the computer.

This Rubric is a basic design for general participation/active involvement in computer class.
