Each group will make a presentation about the given topics about Mexico.

You are fed up with all the rules imposed on you and have decided to do something about it. Using the format of the original Declaration of Independence, draft your own declaration. Be sure to include all sections discussed in class. You may use some of the same language as the Declaration of Independence but be sure your reader understands: 1. Your reason for writing, 2. What you feel your "natural" rights are, 3. the complaints you have, and 4. What you are doing about it.

You will be researching a specific battle of the Civil War. You will be creating a PowerPoint, Glogster or Prezi. I encourage you to attempt the Prezi or Golgster. You are encouraged to speak to me about your project to get additional ideas or help. The important points about the topic should be included as well as pictures, letters, maps, etc. This project should be colorful, attractive, and FUN!
