This project requires students to do a current self-assessment of their overall health, including their physical, mental/emotional, and social health. Taking their current health status into consideration, students will critique their triangle and note where improvements can be made to create a healthy balance. This guide should reflect the Health Triangle and include goals, plans, and reflections for the future on those plans. This assignment should include a written, in essay form, portion as well as a "triangle" visual. The visual should represent YOU, it may have words, pictures, etc to demonstrate your health.
