Reflection Journal Rubric

The purpose of this second paper is to determine if your business has a code of ethics and or a privacy policy in place. If so, consider them in detail making recommendations for their improvement where appropriate. If a code or policy is not available, propose and define a new code and policy for the organization you have selected. Remember that ethics and respect for privacy work to build trust and establish positive brand associations.

The purpose of this first paper is to conduct an evaluation of the organization you have selected to work with for the duration of this course to determine their existing marketing strategy and their target market. In addition, you will conduct a detailed analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing the organization through a SWOT analysis.

This is for an intro level course. Students have to go out and interview managers in the field, answer the questions, and then provide a summary.
