2 rubric Choice Book #3 - Campaign       popup preview
After reading Choice Book #3 you will work either alone, with one other person, or with two other people. The project is to create a public awareness campaign that shines light on the "issue" in your chosen book. See me with ideas of what the issue is. Also, remember that this is a campaign not just a Keynote presentation. There should be multiple pieces to it and they should all connect in some way.

4 rubric The World is Listening       popup preview
You have the world as an audience for 90 seconds (no more than 150 words if writing it). For a perfect score you must include: brief info. about you and your message to the world. It must be memorized for a perfect score. If you choose not to memorize it, you must use notecards and will lose just a couple of points. There is also an option (where the score will take a hit) to just type this and hand it in to me. All those doing the "final project" will take this option for full-credit.

5 rubric What Does Education Mean to You?       popup preview
In this assignment you will answer the following focus question: "What does education mean to you?" When answering this question think about it personally, locally, and globally. You may answer this question in ANY way. The only caveat is that is has to be something you can turn in (physically, emailed, Lore, pen-drive, etc.). The assignment will have two grades. One is for the content (quiz/small project grade), and the other is for the look and feel (Academic Initiative -- including MUGS).
