Students create a tri-fold brochure using the provided text file and MS Publisher. The text file to be used for the brochure can be found at http://schoolcenter.fhps.us/bjohnson Then go to the Personal Finance page and click on the ID Theft folder. Download the text file.

This rubric is designed to assess student's Newscast/Skit portion of the Supreme Court project

Students will assume the role of a salesperson. Students will select a product that they are passionate about and create a 50 second-1 minute sales pitch. Students will develop a 60 second "elevator pitch" for their product. Audience must be able to identify the product, the need it fulfills, the targeted audience, the benefit and price.

In specific groups, students will create a presentation that will elaborate on a management topic discussed in class. These topics will be assigned and include: Planning Function, Organizing Function, Staffing Function, Leading Function, Controlling Function, Management Roles and Management Skills, Principles of Management, or Women and Minorities in Management. The group will need to research, create, and present their material to the class.
