Prepare a paper that illustrates your understanding and research of an area related to the work environment in social work. You will choose your topic from Chapter's 5 & 6 in "Navigating Human Service Organizations". Your paper will be between 5-7 pages. You will support your position with six resources in APA format.

Research the College of your choice using primary and secondary sources to find out more about the major of your choice. Submit one 5-6 page typed paper, double spaced, 12 point font following APA guidelines. Include a bibliography and abstract citing at least 5 resources used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, and bibliography.

Deliver a 3-5 minute presentation to your new staff on your leadership style, management approach, strategic view of the organization and how you plan to manage quality, access and utilization management.
