Generic reflection paper rubric

Each person will develop and present a lesson/unit plan.

This evaluation provides a step by step method for addressing key procedures needed in lesson plan development.

Students will use their desktop publishing skills to design a flyer to introduce two new products. Explain that these two new products will be available at half their regular price for a limited time. Use the current date through two months from the current date as the time of the special offer.

At the end of the semester, after all the elements of physical fitness have been covered, students will be required to write their own 6 week workout plan. They will be required to include each element discussed in class including, muscular strength, muscular endurance, Cardiorespiratory endurance and flexibility. They are allowed to use any for of exercise they wish to incorporate these elements. At the end of each week, the students must write a short summary about which elements matched the exercises. The students will be given an example of an exceptional workout plan.
