Teamwork is behaviors under the control of individual team members (effort they put into team tasks, their manner of interacting with others on team, and the quantity and quality of contributions they make to team discussions.) Two characteristics define the ways in which this rubric is to be used. First, the rubric is meant to assess the teamwork of an individual student, not the team as a whole. Therefore, it is possible for a student to receive high ratings, even if the team as a whole is rather flawed. Similarly, a student could receive low ratings, even if the team as a whole works fairly well. Second, this rubric is designed to measure the quality of a process, rather than the quality of an end product. As a result, work samples or collections of work will need to include some evidence of the individual’s interactions within the team. Simple rubric to grade sequence paragraphs. Focus: proper capitalization, end marks, sequence/time-order words, and rich/vivid details.

The purpose of this assignment is for students to use all components of comparing and contrasting through the story "The Most Dangerous Game." Students will compare the text to the movie.

The students will compare and contrast 2 books that they have read. They will include 5 character comparisons, 5 character contrasts, describe the settings in each book, describe the Book Cover Information and Copywrite date, display excellent handwritting skills/written draft of book report, use Co-Writer 101 to type their report, using correct punctuation, grammar and spelling.

The purpose of this rubric is to allow the younger student to know what the expectations are for writing a comparing/contrasting essay. The student will compare and contrast two versions of Cinderella

Students will find and write about three specific examples to compare and contrast the kind of food eaten by the poor and the rich in Panem. Students must be able to compare and contrast specific food items in both the regions.
