Students will create a "French video" based on "Le voyage de sa vie". It has to be minimum 5min long. Students choose between making "une bande-annonce" (trailer), "un résumé" (summary) or "une histoire à continuer" (next chapter). The video must show equal parts of all members speaking French. All members of the team will contribute and participate in the video. The speaking and the pronunciation will be the most important part of the video.

Students will create a "French video" that will be 5 to 7 minutes in length. A soap-opera, product, movie trailer, etc. The video must include each partner speaking 200 words of French. All members of the team will contribute and participate in the video. You may use others for your video. The final script due 11/9/2011 the video is due 4/15/2012

Create a skit that takes place in a café. The customers say they are hungry and thirsty, order food and beverages from a waiter, then pay their meal and drinks. The groups must be organized, incorporate some sort of props and memorize their lines when possible.

7 rubric Foreign Language Menu Project for a Café       popup preview  
Create a menu for your Café using vocabulary & culture introduced in class. It may be hand-made or digitally created and printed. It must have at least 4 sections with a minimum of 5 menu items per sections. It must be written exclusively in French, with authentic menu items, and prices in the correct currency reflecting the value of the menu items. You can search the 3 main meals of the day in France and use them in your menu if you decide to.

8 rubric French 2 Video Project: NOTRE ÉCOLE ET LE FOOT!       popup preview  
Make a video with 3 classmates at least 3 minutes long. Be sure to use at least 150 words of vocabulary from what you have learned until now. You will need to turn in a hard copy of the script with the key words highlighted. The video must be meaningful and engaging. The project needs to be all in French and school appropriate. Read this rubric very carefully. DUE DATE: presentation planned on Nov.8th PROJECTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY CREDIT AFTER Nov.10th Merci!
