Create a news letter that that showcases your abilities with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Choose a theme of your choice. Be sure to include all of the necessary design elements that have been practiced and applied in class. Pay attention to detail and make the finished product looks as professional as possible.

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your PowerPoint presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your powerpoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

Question and response to Tuck Everlasting

This rubric is for reflection, reading response, or journal topics.

Students will give a persuasive speech to their peers. They will be assessed on use of persuasive language, content and style of delivery.

Students will memorize a poem and present it to the class

Students have now completed a unit of poetry focussing on several types of poems. This rubric will assess and evaluate their poems as a collective poetry book.

Student will create a miniture musuem exhibit and a professional presentation. They will research a monument or culturally significant artifact. Their research will be compiled into a presentation which will display their knowledge of the civilization represented and the chosen musuem piece.

Create a word cloud using Wordle, and type a summary of notes for the lesson of the day (can be modified to fit the activity)
