Project summary: You will be researching and designing a travel brochure, a colorful poster (to be presented orally to the class with accompanying notes) or Google Slides presentation with pictures, video and information about a Spanish-speaking country. You may add voice over information to accompany your Google Slide presentation or you may present to the class yourself from note cards. After a reading "Hidden Corn: Maya Legend" and holding class discussions about legends and myths, students will write their own legends. They will create a legend that explains a hero's story, or a supernatural phenomenon based on true facts.

Create a Google Slide presentation in Spanish describing your family members. You could use your actual family or a made-up family. Create minimum 6 slides and maximum of 10. Include information such as where they are from (ser), what they like to do, what they don't like to do, their age, how you and the person are related. Make sure to include two adjectives that describe them and two that don't. You will include an image for each slide. The picture does not have to be the actual person.
