Students are to create their own workout video based upon the workout plan they created with their group. The video must include a warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. The video must be at least 3 minutes long and must be submitted to YouTube and I must be emailed the link to the video. They do not have to video all of the sets and reps included in the workout, but they must show short clips of the exercise being done and perform the exercise correctly.
