The purpose of this rubric is to allow the student to know what the expectations are for writing a comparing/contrasting essay. The student will compare and contrast the book A Wrinkle in Time to the movie of the same name. In preparation for this assignment, the student will have had instruction in the writing process, sentence structure, capitalization, end marks, specific vocabulary words, read the book and viewed the movie.

Student is to create a power point presentation of 10 slides (excluding introductory and concluding page) that discusses the chosen historical figure. Slides are to include accurate information and pictures. Student must present information & power point presentation to the class. Information must be in depth; student NO PLAGIARISM. Must be STUDENT ORIGINAL.
