Ethical Reasoning is reasoning about right and wrong human conduct. It requires students to be able to assess their own ethical values and the social context of problems, recognize ethical issues in a variety of settings, think about how different ethical perspectives might be applied to ethical dilemmas and consider the ramifications of alternative actions. Students’ ethical self identity evolves as they practice ethical decision-making skills and learn how to describe and analyze positions on ethical issues. The students will put together a poster to show during their oral presentation. The poster will contain information that the students collected regarding the work ethics that are required for the Accounting Occupations. The poster will also include information on teh Code of Ethics and the professional organizations involved in the Code of Ethics.

The purpose of this rubric is to describe appropriate soft skill sets expected in the workplace

Students will create a themed Spa Pedicure and create a tri fold brochure and demonstration to present to the class.

Students will Imagine they are opening their own Salon and create a tri fold brochure, salon layout and Salon Policies to present to the class.

Student will demonstrate the wrapping and processing for a permanent wave service

Essay - 6 paragraphs about tools or products that a cosmetologist would use in the work force
