Each group was given a court case to summarize then explain the impact on scholastic journalism. Groups had to prepare a summary and a PowerPoint that included discussion questions for the class.

Warrantless Searches Presentation Rubric
Each student will research two exeptions to the warrant requirement (to be decided by lottery). Each student will explain each exception and provide two case examples for each exception. Cases should include basic facts of the search and/or crime involved, jurisdiction of the crime and outcome of the use of the exception.
