Students are to create a movie trailer based on the history of an aspect of the Civil War they just studied Their job is to think about what perspective of the war they are trying to convey and then capture that essence, complete with theme and symbols present in the short film.

The students will work in their groups to put together a poster for display. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to their assigned prominent Muckraker of the Progressive Era. Students will include: their muckaker's name, biographical information about their muckraker, include images that represents their cause, include a quote from their muckraker as well as the effect their muckraker had on society then and modern society.

A rubric testing 4 skills in volleyball: serve receive, serving, attacking, and blocking. Criteria are based upon varsity level skill. Administer 5 attempts for each skill, and assign each attempt a grade (poor/ fair/ good/ excellent).
