Each day of your meal plan must include: a) Three meals, two or three snacks, and drinks b) Serving sizes for each item to eat or drink c) Daily total number of servings for each food group (make sure this matches the recommendations from the current Canada Food Guide for a person your age)

Students will demonstrate proper hand washing technique with results checked by the instructor after hand washing is complete.

Student will use money accurately in a money simulation/situation at 80% accuracy as measured by a rubric during the 2013-2014 school year.

Student will identify dirty dishes, fill the sink with water and soap, wash in designated sequence, dry, and put away.
