Create a collage that represents the quote that you selected. Your collage must include 3 types of materials & portray the relevance of the tradition of this celebration. You must cover the whole surface without leaving any blank spaces. Include a quote in Spanish & author in legible writing. You will present in class and display at the DOD Festival

Independent Activity: Self Collage Create a collage that represents who you are as a person. The collage should be made on an 11x17 piece of poster-board. This collage should consist of a wide variety of images that tell who you are and what is important to you. The collage should contain words that describe who you are. Words may be hand-written or a font type used. You will present this poster to the class, and it will be displayed on the wall of the classroom. Grades will be given according to the attached rubric. Collage is the first part of the overall personal narrative project for this quarter.

Basic written composition

Crear una investigación sobre un autor y su obra literaria y presentar en formato de lección (45 minutos mínimo). Presentar: - Crear una agenda para la presentación, warmup activity, lección y trabajo sobre la obra. - biografía del autor - obra, época, movimiento literario, análisis de la obra, figuras literarias/retoricas usadas, contenido, división de estrofas y métrica, etc.

You will work with a partner to create a presentation and a brochure for destination to one of the seven wonders of the world. Presentations will be done in a Spanish You will act as travel agents/travelers and use the brochure to suggest/question an itinerary with flight information, lodging information, location and description,and typical foods.

This rubric is designed to assess the presentation of the group activity. The rubric should consider the performance of the group as a whole, as well as individual contributions.

You will have two minutes to describe yourself, getting to at least 4/6 categories.You will be evaluated holistically, according to AP Language standards (modified to appropriate expectations for 3rd year students.)

Students will create a "Spanish video" that will be 3 to 5 minutes in length. It will consist of creating a newscast with anchors and reporters discussing four natural disasters. All members of the team will contribute and participate in the video. You may use others for your video.
