Book Jacket Book Report

Students create book jacket book report with characters drawn on front and with title and author, inside flap has the main character description, the inside back flap has the main problem, and the back of the cover has the summary of the book.

Song or Rap

Students will create a song or rap to teach Latin and Greek roots. Students can record the performance for the class or perform the song live for extra credit. Students can also use YouTube to create a video as well. Lyrics and song choices MUST be school appropriate. Inappropriate lyrics or songs may result in a zero. A typed (Times New Roman, double spaced, 12 point font) copy of the song is to be handed in upon performance.
