Student will create and present a family tree and album using pictures of their family in an album. The pictures need to be described with information provided in the rubric. It will include at least 5 family members and one (of course) can be a pet! Also, one picture and description should be you! They will introduce themselves and describe five members of their family tree and themselves to the class (in Spanish, of course).

You will design a Spanish menu for a new restaurant with Spanish foods. You must give your restaurant a name (in Spanish) and create the menu entirely in Spanish. The menu should include at least three complete meals for each category on your menu, and a list of three or more beverages and three or more desserts. The menu should be visually pleasing with with easily identifiable headings/categories, and graphics/color photos. Menu must be typed in Spanish.

Students will create a mobile showing weather symbols for the 4 seasons, along with clothing symbols to represent what one would wear during the season. (A minimum of 4 clothing items are required.) Then students will write sentences on the back of their weather and clothing symbols in Spanish detailing what they would wear in a particular season and where they would go. Ex: Cuando hace calor, llevo una camiseta y pantalones cortos. All work must be neat, creative and grammatically correct.

Students will create a superhero or a villain. They will name him/her in Spanish. The project must include a drawing. They need to use 10 sentences with ser, 10 sentences with estar, and 5 'tener' expressions.

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your Prezi presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the Prezi presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your powerpoint/prezi have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

You will create a food skit all in Spanish in groups of 3-4. Everybody needs to talk. Your dialogue will need to include food vocabulary and this chapter's verbs. You should also incorporate new vocabulary you find on WordReference as you see fit. You should incorporate props. Please refer to the rubric below to be sure that you include all of the required elements.

You will create a fashion show all in Spanish in groups of 3-4. You will each take turns being the commentators and the models. Your sentences describing the clothing will need to include clothing vocabulary and clothing color. You may also incorporate school supply vocabulary if you see fit. Your sentences must correspond with the props you use. Please refer to the rubric below to be sure that you include all of the required elements.
