For your final we will combining what we have learned this semester. Including: How to give a presentation, using notes and manuscripts, working with a group, conflict management, how to be a leader, informing the audience, persuading the audience, managing fears, using props, interpersonal skills, nonverbal communication skills, listening skills. Your group will be "hosting" a fundraiser with the nonprofit organization of your choice.

Students develop a business plan for a retail or service business that they are personally interested in starting. Each group will be responsible for all portions of the comprehensive plan that covers everythnig, including Executive Summary, Business Description, writing a mission statement, developing the marketing plan, etc. This will be the final project for our Youth Leadership Class.
