You will be completing a research project on American Indians. With this paper a visual product is required. In addition a Double-Bubble Thinking Map is to be included comparing and contrasting the Indians researched to a tribe of Texas Indians. Choose one of the following Indian tribes to research: Cheyenne, Sioux, Shawnee, Crow, or Cherokee Your research should include where they lived (the approximate region of the U.S. and the current name of the state. Whether they lived in desert land, forested areas, coastal or plains. How they lived – Were they farmers, hunters, or both? war-like? peaceful? How were they governed? (by a Chief and then smaller bands? What? How?). Any other interesting facts. In your report, you will use the Double-Bubble thinking map to compare and contrast your Indian tribe that you have researched to one of the following:the Karankawa, Comanche, Jumano, or Caddo.
