Rubric for evaluating student group presentations.

Reports will be graded on the criteria below.

Research the College of your choice using primary and secondary sources to find out more about the major of your choice. Submit one 5-6 page typed paper, double spaced, 12 point font following APA guidelines. Include a bibliography and abstract citing at least 5 resources used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, and bibliography.

Review of Literature (Journals, not books). Research a literacy topic that interests you. Submit one 3-5 page typed paper, double spaced, 12 point font following APA guidelines. Include a bibliography citing at least 3 resources used researching the paper. The purpose is to help you understand key policies in the agency and how they impact clients and staff. You must include a policy analysis based on research related to a client population or social problem in your agency.

Research the approved topic. Submit 3-5 typed pages publishing the results of your research. Include a Works Consulted page with at least 4 sources used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, and relevance of included information. Grade will be based on organization, clarity, use of transitions, appropriate voice, correct citation format, grammar, spelling and punctuation.
