Create dance for performance based on ideas, experiences, feelings, concepts, images, or narrative that have personal meaning or social significance. Student's solo will be based on a feeling, memory, personal experiences or social narratives.

Students will complete a research paper on a topic of their choice (not a biography) related to dance. Students should include significant information on their chosen topic and why it is important to the world of dance. The paper should include at least 4 credible sources cited within the work and should be 3-4 pages in length. There should be a title page and a works cited page that do not count toward the required length of 3-4 pages.
