This project requires students to do a current self-assessment of their overall health, including their physical, mental/emotional, and social health. Taking their current health status into consideration, students will critique their triangle and note where improvements can be made to create a healthy balance. This guide should reflect the Health Triangle and include goals, plans, and reflections for the future on those plans. This assignment should include a written, in essay form, portion as well as a "triangle" visual. The visual should represent YOU, it may have words, pictures, etc to demonstrate your health. High School Basketball

As the Culminating Project for the 'Health for Life' course, you are to complete 4 elements/components to demonstrate your understanding and application of some of the major concepts discussed throughout the semester.

Students are required to create their own dances, in groups no larger than five students. Dance routines are required to be one minute in duration. Dance moves learned in class, i.e. line dances, jive, merengue etc, are encouraged to be incorporated in your dance routines.
